Hi Trish! So glad to see you are feeling better! Nice update video…….you did your best…..sometimes it’s just not meant to be. I call it, in the organic waste bin you go. However, fairies does sound so much nicer. Love your sense of humor too. Have a good 4th and watch out for your doggies.
I wish the sulking were just for the darn ICPUs… but as you already know the “healthy”’ones sometimes sulk too and those are the ones that frustrate me more 🤔😍🌸
Hello! I hope you are well! Beautiful plants as always! I had a question regarding your barrina t5's - may I know how many hours you run your barrina's per day?
Howdy! 👋 during the growing season I run them for 14-16 hours depending on which orchids are in the shelf (space) and in the non growing season I run them 8-10
@@TrishsOrchidLife thank you very much! I've been running my lights for 12 hours a day year round, but for some reason my leaf growth seems to be smaller than previous leaves and it seems as though I have kind of a lot of anthocyanins. my blooms and root production are great but the leaves are not the best. Do you think the light is too intense or the duration is too long? I'm not sure whats going on but the plants do seem to be a bit stressed 🤔
@trendworld9803 anthocyanin is usually the plat protecting itself from too much of something… light or cold. I would pull them back from the light a bit and see if that helps them get their “color back”. I have mine 8-12 inches away from the Barrina
Hi Trish, Finally, I got back here again. Glad to see you and your orchids are doing well in the 82 degree. ☺
Welcome back! I hope you are having a great summer 🌸❤️🌸
Trish I grow orchids in Boulder and I love watching you because you’re in Co.
Hello neighbor! What do you grow? And do you have a favorite genus? 🌸❤️🌸

Happy 4th to you and be safe whatever you do! Yes, I think sending the. To the fairy sounds much nicer. 😂😂
Some orchids sure can sulk when their environment changes. Most of the ICPU's are slow to adjust but doing okay.

Exactly why I don't move mine around.
Great point!! I think I need to take this advice. Thanks 🙏
Hi Trish, i'm new to your channel. Thanks for posing such great content! What does ICPU stand for? TIA
